Privacy Policy
Effective August 17, 2026
1. Roles
For information UNCLOSED collects about its own prospects, customers, website visitors, and account contacts, UNCLOSED generally acts as the business/controller. For personal information a business customer submits about its leads, prospects, or customers, UNCLOSED generally acts as a service provider/processor on that customer's documented instructions.
2. Information We May Collect
We may collect identifiers and contact information; business and subscription information; assessment responses and business metrics; communications and support records; device, browser, IP address, log, security, and usage information; payment status and transaction metadata from payment processors; and Customer Data submitted for analysis. Payment-card details are intended to be collected directly by our payment processor rather than stored by UNCLOSED.
3. Purposes
We use information to provide and administer Services, perform assessments and analysis, secure accounts, process subscriptions, communicate about service and support, prevent fraud, debug and improve performance, maintain records, comply with law, and protect rights and safety.
4. AI Processing
Customer Data may be processed using automated tools, including AI or machine-learning systems, for scoring, classification, summarization, prioritization, or other decision-support outputs. UNCLOSED does not intend these outputs to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Disclosure
We may disclose information to payment processors; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; security and authentication providers; communications and support providers; analytics providers where enabled; AI/model or data-processing providers; professional advisers; authorities where legally required; and a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale.
6. Sale, Sharing and Advertising
UNCLOSED does not sell personal information for money and at launch does not intend to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
7. Cookies
At launch, UNCLOSED intends to use only technologies reasonably necessary for site operation, security, checkout, and user-requested functionality unless optional analytics or advertising technologies are added.
8. Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the described purposes and use reasonable safeguards based on its nature and risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to confirm processing, access, portability, correction, deletion, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of certain sale, targeted advertising, sharing, or qualifying profiling.
10. Oregon and California
Where applicable, UNCLOSED will honor rights required by the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act and California CCPA/CPRA.
11. EEA, UK and International Users
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, individuals may have applicable access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent-withdrawal, and complaint rights. Where required, international transfers will use a lawful mechanism.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 and are not intended for submission of children's personal information.
13. Privacy Requests and Changes
Privacy requests may be directed through the customer-support contact associated with the account or purchase confirmation until a dedicated privacy contact is published. This Policy may be updated as the Services, vendors, law, or data practices change.
