UNCLOSED's launch configuration uses only strictly necessary or functionally necessary technologies unless and until a compliant consent mechanism is implemented where required.

Necessary technologies may be used for security, fraud prevention, session integrity, checkout, subscription processing, and user-requested functionality.

Analytics and Advertising

Optional analytics should remain disabled at launch unless configured consistently with applicable notice and consent requirements. UNCLOSED does not intend to deploy advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising technologies at initial launch.

Browser Privacy Signals

Where legally required, UNCLOSED will recognize qualifying universal opt-out preference signals for processing subject to those rights.

Users may control cookies through browser settings. Where a consent manager is legally required, users will receive an on-site mechanism for non-essential technologies.
